25th Anniversary, a huge success!
What a wonderful event! We had a huge turn out, and the feedback has been electric. I was lucky enough to be given the job of creating a cocktail that encompassed 25 years of American style dining. I wanted to blend the old with the new, and the rustic casual with forward progress and innovation.
with classic preparation and ingredients, combined with my passion for the art, the cutting edge of cocktail preparation, I ended up with a beautiful bourbon and Bavarian brew cocktail. “Blackhawk 25” with notes of orange and Carmel.
For the evening we did put it into a flute for presentation, but this is the original. Thanks Alicia for the amazing photos.
