WELCOME TO SCOTCH & HOPS
My name is Rob, and i am a bartender. Having tended bar for about a dozen years now, in all sorts of venues: from night clubs, dive bars, golf courses, steakhouses, and even japanese cuisine. We are scientists, We are the Chefs behind the bar, and yes we use fresh herbs and vegetables, even crazy proteins. Have you seen some of the Bloody Marys that are out there.
